Definitions

The foregoing does not affect liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal and accounting fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Complaints
If you believe that Content on the Site infringes your rights (including intellectual-property or privacy rights), seems illegal or inappropriate, please send a written complaint to: tramplin@tramplin.io
We may remove Content in our discretion and without prior notice and may terminate repeat infringers' access where legally appropriate.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any obligation under these Terms caused by events outside our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, wars, terrorism, riots, labor disputes, governmental action, failures of telecommunications or the internet, and power failures.
Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements relating to the Site.
Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect and will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.

No person other than you and us has any rights under these Terms, except as expressly stated.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cayman Islands.
The courts of Cayman Islands shall have jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim. If you are a consumer, you may have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence and to rely on mandatory consumer protection laws of that jurisdiction.
